Consumer Liaison

Start Date: November 2018

Job Summary:

The Consumer Liaison will be the primary person who greets guests upon arriving at Curion.  In addition to greeting customers and visitors, he/she will work directly with the test supervisors and project managers to ensure that all project specific protocols are followed.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Greet clients and direct 100+ visitors daily to appropriate areas within the facility
  • Process customers upon arrival and departure for their scheduled test
  • Loading Pre-Paid Visa Cards and manage payment records
  • Maintain overall lobby cleanliness
  • Process inbound and outbound packages and mail
  • Assist Testing Operations with other tasks as needed
  • Host after-hours client projects as needed

Job Qualifications:

  • Articulate, professional and responsible
  • Well organized with exceptional written and oral skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business applications
  • Must have your own reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
  • Experience working in a kitchen environment is a plus
  • California Food Handler Card is a plus
