Title: Lead Recruiter
Job Type: Temp-to-Hire (Full Time)
Location: Redwood Shores, CA (San Francisco Bay Area)

Job Summary:

The recruiting department is responsible for contacting, screening and scheduling hundreds of consumers on a daily basis to participate in our consumer based research studies. The Lead Recruiter works directly with the Recruiting Manager to implement and execute the recruiting phase of the research studies.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Answer and direct inbound calls using a multi-line phone system
  • Conduct computer assisted telephone interviews (CATI) with prospective consumers
  • Monitor scheduling progress for ongoing research studies
  • Interact with test operations team during scheduled research studies to ensure quotas are met
  • Interact with key stakeholders including project managers and account managers
  • Supervise 5-10 full time and part time recruiters

Job Qualifications:

  • Articulate, professional and responsible
  • Well organized with exceptional written and oral skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business applications
  • Must have your own reliable transportation
  • Ability to work independently
  • Ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment
  • Ability to work nights and weekends when necessary
  • Experience working in a market research call center or an outbound call center is a plus
  • 1 to 2 years of market research experience is a plus
